About the team: This position is a member of the Database team for Biller Solutions. In this role you will work with the other DBA team members to interact with various areas of the organization to support business objectives. You will administer the SQL Server databases in the PayDirect product line in environments from team quality assurance to production and disaster recovery. This role will provide support for database related items and work with development to help identify solutions and support for releases involving the databases. Additionally, this position will involve a rotating on call aspect and some work in Oracle databases to support lower level environments. Job Description: THE ETL DBA II will help develops and implements solutions that require analysis and research. Works on small to large, complex projects that require increased skill in multiple ETL technologies and technical platforms. Possesses knowledge in a specific business area. Works on one or more projects as a team member or occasionally as a project lead. May coach junior technical staff. Works under general supervision with latitude for independent judgment. May consult with senior peers on certain projects. Typically requires four or more years database analysis experience. General Duties & Responsibilities: * Create CREQ billable ticket and design requirements and statements of work for billable custom client work. * Follow standards defined by the business to import and export data as needed with our clients. * Maintain existing clients with day-to-day operational work. * Implement new customers, work with project managers and training staff to onboard new customers. What you will need: Bachelor's degree in computer science or information systems or the equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience.
