We are seeking a highly skilled DX Associate Business Analyst with 5 to 8 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Personas & Journey Mapping User-Centric Mindset SQL Confluence Sharepoint Whiteboarding Tools Requirement Lifecycle Management Stakeholder Management and Jira. Experience in the Hotels domain is mandatory. This is a hybrid work model with day shifts and no travel required.

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $90,000 and $120,000 depending on the experience and other qualifications of the candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.

Responsibilities

• Lead the analysis and documentation of business requirements for hotel-related projects.
• Oversee the creation of personas and journey maps to ensure a user-centric approach.
• Provide expertise in SQL to analyze data and generate insights for business decisions.
• Utilize Confluence and Sharepoint for effective collaboration and documentation management.
• Employ whiteboarding tools to facilitate brainstorming sessions and solution design.
• Manage the requirement lifecycle from inception to delivery ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements provide updates and manage expectations.
• Use Jira to track project progress manage tasks and ensure timely delivery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
• Ensure that all deliverables meet the highest quality standards and are aligned with user needs.
• Conduct regular reviews and updates to project documentation to reflect changes and new insights.
• Provide training and support to team members on tools and processes.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project outcomes.

Qualifications

• Must have experience in Personas & Journey Mapping to create detailed user profiles and journeys.
• Must possess a User-Centric Mindset to ensure all solutions are designed with the end-user in mind.
• Must be proficient in SQL for data analysis and reporting.
• Must have experience with Confluence and Sharepoint for documentation and collaboration.
• Must be skilled in using Whiteboarding Tools for effective brainstorming and solution design.
• Must have experience in Requirement Lifecycle Management to oversee project requirements from start to finish.
• Must have strong Stakeholder Management skills to effectively communicate and manage project expectations.
• Must be experienced in using Jira for project tracking and task management.
• Experience in the Hotels domain is mandatory.
