Summary:
Supports financial decision making by monitoring deadlines; collecting, summarizing, and consolidating data; allocating variances; analyzing and interpreting data; making comparative analyses; explaining data and assumptions; researching and correcting variance problems; assembling and analyzing historical financial data; explaining data and assumptions. Does this position require Patient Care? No Essential Functions: Provide analytical, forecasting, reporting, and project support to senior management -Support the on-boarding of junior analysts by mentoring and assisting them -Track key performance indicators, prepare financial reports and sometimes present them -Create ad-hoc reports and perform financial analysis -Assists project teams with financial guidance -Reviews financial reporting and ensures data integrity to enable management decisions. -Ensures compliance with financial guidelines, company policies and regulations Education Experience in accounting or finance 3-5 years required Experience in a role within a large healthcare organization 3-5 years preferred The General Hospital Corporation is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
