Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced QA Tester with a strong background in the finance domain. The ideal candidate will have expertise in web-based UI testing, automation testing, and data validation, with a particular focus on Revenue Dashboards and Profit & Loss (P&L) reports. This role requires a passion for quality assurance, strong analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities: - Perform end-to-end testing of web-based financial applications, ensuring the functionality, usability, and performance of Revenue Dashboards, P&L reports, and other financial tools. - Develop and execute comprehensive test cases and test plans for both manual and automated testing scenarios. - Identify, document, and track bugs using industry-standard tools (e.g., JIRA). - Conduct UI testing to ensure a seamless user experience across multiple browsers and devices. - Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage. - Implement and maintain automation testing frameworks, scripts, and tools to streamline testing processes. - Validate and reconcile data to ensure accuracy and consistency across financial datasets and systems. - Provide regular test reports and updates to project teams and management. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). - Proven experience as a QA Tester in the finance domain, with hands-on involvement in web-based UI testing and data validation. - Familiarity with testing financial systems, specifically Revenue Dashboards and P&L attribution reports. - Expertise in automation testing tools such as Selenium, TestNG, or similar platforms. - Proficiency in SQL and data analysis for validating financial datasets. - Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, tools, and best practices. - Excellent communication skills and a keen eye for detail. *Additional Skills & Qualifications* Preferred Skills: - Experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies. - Certification in software testing is a plus. *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $60.00 - $75.00/hr.
