Manager, Corporate Sanitation Programs Massillon, OH (Hybrid Schedule) TheCorporateManager of Sanitation Programs is responsible for supporting and improving sanitation, chemical, sanitary design, allergens, and Integrated Pest Management (IPM) programs at Shearer's manufacturing facilities from the corporate standpoint. This role collaborates closely with facility teams and contractors to maintain food safety standards and regulatory compliance. The corporate manager ensures that Sanitation and IPM programs are in compliance with customer, State, and Federal Law, helping sites remain audit-ready and aligned with Shearer's Quality and Food Safety standards.
