As a housekeeper, you will be responsible for disposing of facility waste and performing various cleaning tasks in a clean, ISO-certified facility. You will sweep, vacuum, mop, scrub, wax, and polish surfaces and floors, utilizing industrial vacuum cleaners and scrubbing and buffing machines. Sometimes, you will use ladders to dust and wash all facility surfaces, including walls, ceilings, and fixtures.

Schedule: Tuesday - Saturday, 2pm - 10:30pm

Responsibilities

  • Disposes of facility waste and sweeps, vacuums, mops, scrubs, waxes and polishes surfaces and floors; including using industrial vacuum cleaners and scrubbing and buffing machines.
  • Sometimes using ladders, dusts and washes all facility surfaces including walls, cleans ceilings, and dusts and polishes all facility fixtures.
  • Moves cabinets, boxes, furniture, crates and facility equipment to clean areas.
  • May remove stains from such surfaces as rugs, walls, and floors using chemicals and cleaning solutions.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma

Experience

  • Previous experience in janitorial service preferred.
  • Previous experience in a laboratory setting preferred.
