We are seeking a Sr. Administrative Assistant who will be required to perform a variety of activities to support the Executive Team. The responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:
* Produce official correspondence, including the usage of proper grammar, spelling and punctuation.
* Review various presentations.
* Open, sort and distribution of incoming correspondence, including faxes and emails.
* File and retrieve documents, reports and records.
* Coordinate visitor meetings with customers, vendors, and dignitaries.
* Coordinate business travel and expense reports.
* Process financial documents such as check requests.
* Coordinate meeting lunches and business meals.
* Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
* Perform general office duties.
* Fill in for other Executive Assistants, when necessary.
* Performs other duties as assigned.

Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 6 years of prior relevant experience as a support administrator.
2 years post-Secondary/Associates Degree with a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience.
Associates degree in Business or Communications preferred.
Must be highly proficient in MS Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Outlook).
Excel: Including, but not limited to, managing large data in Excel, developing formulas and macros, developing graphs and reports.
PowerPoint: Able to consolidate multiple inputs to one common presentation format, animation and technical formatting.
Word: Above basic Word skills, ability to add graphics and technical formatting, embed objects and hyperlinks. Must be able to draft letters, presentations, and other communication appropriate to audience with minimal direction.
Demonstrable excellence in written composition appropriate to communication purpose: typing, grammar, punctuation, and proofreading skills.
Must possess effective verbal communication skills and maintain a professional demeanor in a variety of situations and in a team environment.
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects at once.
Ability to perform tasks with minimal supervision.
