Job Title: Operations Fund Services Analyst Duration: 8 Months Location: New York, NY 10001 Duties: Effectively contribute towards the Asset & Wealth Management division product expansion initiatives by project managing fund launch and other fund change events for US and International funds. Work closely and develop strong working relationships with the Portfolio Management, Sales, Operations, external vendors and various Federation teams to agree product design expectations, fund features and establishing support models. Develop a strong understanding of our Asset Management Business, and the investment products on offer. Responsibilities includes managing project and executing fund change events such as fund launches, terminations and other fund restructure events will include, for example: Setting expectations for launch timelines and bringing together all internal and external working group stakeholders. Managing the fund event workflow utilizing in-house workflow tools. Facilitating internal systems and external system setups. Defining and getting approval for seed capital requirements. Obtaining internal and external fund and share class identifiers. Ensuring fund registration & governance requirements are in place prior to fund launch. Lead or assist with various projects including technology initiatives to uplift our infrastructure, driving workflow scalability, improving controls and reducing time to market. Being proactive, curious, effectively managing risk and building personal relationships. Required Skills: 1 - 3 years' experience range to support in new business initiatives and support for business expansion. Familiarity with alternative investment products, specifically private equity and hedge funds is a plus. Attention to detail, organizing skills. Time management, Problem solving, Communication, Teamwork, Adaptability. Data Analysis Project Management Investigating Education: Bachelors degree
