Description Professional - Clinical Summary We are currently seeking a dedicated and patient-centered Clinical Pharmacist to join our Specialty Pharmacy team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to provide comprehensive medication management. Specialty pharmacy experience is not required - you'll receive focused training as part of a 6-week onboarding program designed to build your confidence and prepare you to thrive in this impactful role. A hybrid remote model is available following the 6-month probationary period. * Growth-Oriented: Clinical pharmacists have the opportunity to train and work within specialized, disease-state focused care pods, gaining expertise in high-impact areas including: o Oncology and Hematology o Hepatitis B and C o Autoimmune Conditions in Rheumatology, Gastroenterology, Dermatology o Asthma and Allergy o Pulmonary and cardiology/bleeding Disorders o Transplant Medicine o Cystic Fibrosis (CF) o Neurologic Conditions such as Multiple Sclerosis (MS), Epilepsy, and Migraine Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)
