We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Senior Finance Manager - BizApps Product Health to join our team. A successful candidate will be intellectually curious, enjoy using data-based analytics to influence decision-making, and seek to drive impact in a growing business. This role will partner with engineering, sales, and product marketing teams to identify opportunities to drive the success of our D365 Portfolio businesses. This role presents a unique opportunity to gain visibility into and contribute to the success of Microsoft's AI strategy.
Responsibilities Provide business insights and recommendations to stakeholders to achieve revenue goals. Manage and execute processes through engagement with internal stakeholders. Collaborate with business leaders to define action plans for financial and business analysis findings. Apply advanced understanding of finance and business (e.g., monetization strategy, market, key drivers, revenue channels, advanced technology, and business partner work context) to multiple situations to evaluate results and analysis. Perform analysis and research of present and future financial performance and financial plans. Assimilate analysis into a comprehensive, clear narrative. Communicate results in a compelling and understandable message. Articulate understanding and awareness of business partner situations. Act as a culture champion, driving continuous improvement and leading to a "best place to work" environment. | |
