To assist customers with their financial transactions, involving paying and receiving cash and other negotiable instruments. Essential Functions & Responsibilities: E 55% Receives and processes customer financial transactions, including deposits, withdrawals and loan payments; except for drive-thru tellers, sells cashier's checks to customers; transfers amounts from customer accounts as directed. E 15% Answers customer inquiries and recommends appropriate products and services; makes referrals to appropriate bank personnel. E 10% Balances cash drawer and daily transactions; keeps currency in drawer within currency limits; sells excess currency to vault teller. E 5% Prepares and sends work for imaging/processing. E 5% Makes reports of large currency transactions and reports any suspicious activity to supervisor. N 5% May be responsible for ATM settlement and processing of ATM deposits. N 5% Performs other duties as assigned. Performance Measurements: 1. To comply with the letter and with the spirit of the bank's Code of Business Conduct and Ethics. 2. To maintain the confidentiality of customer and any other sensitive information. 3. To be punctual and have regular attendance. 4.
