Job Summary

This strategic role will focus on developing and executing go-to-market initiatives that drive growth across our data services portfolio. The Strategy Manager will lead vendor relationship management, curate and evolve strategic offerings, and act as a cross-functional liaison between sales, operations, marketing, and enablement teams. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment, has a passion for data and analytics, and is energized by connecting strategy to execution.

What you will do:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Vendor Relationship Management

  • Manage and grow relationships with strategic data and analytics vendors

  • Drive alignment on joint solutions, marketing efforts, and certifications

  • Offering Development:

  • Curate and refine strategic services offerings based on market trends and customer feedback

  • Collaborate with delivery and sales teams to ensure offerings are scalable and relevant

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Network across CDW's sales, technical, and operational teams to drive awareness and adoption

  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with business priorities

  • Enablement & Education:

  • Lead internal enablement initiatives, including content creation, field training, and sales readiness

  • Support external customer education strategies and engagement

  • Marketing & Events:

  • Partner with the marketing team to promote offerings through events, campaigns, and thought leadership

  • Represent the practice at key conferences, webinars, and industry engagements

What we expect of you:

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree or equivalent work experience.

  • Five years minimum supervisory experience.

  • 7+ years of experience in strategy, consulting, or vendor management within the data and analytics space

  • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.

  • Ability to effectively collaborate with others.

  • Strong communication skills, both oral and written

  • Strong listening, negotiation, and closing skills.

  • Strong information monitoring and analysis as well as comprehension of business metrics

  • Powerful decision-making skills

  • Ability to plan, organize, and drive for results.

  • Demonstrated performance and talent management.

  • Ability to communicate and facilitate change.

  • Ability to effectively communicate and present on related security topics at industry conferences.

  • Five years' experience with various emerging technologies

  • Strong understanding of data platforms, governance, and AI-enablement strategies

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

  • Experience working in matrixed environments and cross-functional teams

  • Self-starter with a strong bias for action and ability to influence without direct authority

Pay range: $120,000 - $164,800 depending on experience and skill set

Annual bonus target of 25% subject to terms and conditions of plan
