ECPMO Project Portfolio Manager
The ECPMO Project Portfolio Manager plays a critical role in managing and maintaining portfolio oversight within the Enterprise Change Management Office (ECPMO). Reporting to the Sr. Manager, Enterprise Strategic Planning, this role is responsible for updating systems of record, compiling Executive Committee (EC) reports, and tracking Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) to ensure strategic initiatives align with enterprise goals.
The ECPMO Project Portfolio Manager will work with the Sr. Manager and counterparts in ECPMO Change Delivery to prepare presentations for the Executive Committee (EC) to create transparency in the change portfolio allowing leaders to make decisions aligning to the strategic goals. Materials will include prioritization, analysis, recommendations, and financials in partnership with Finance. This role will be aligned to one or many lines of business to provide focused support on a portion of the overall portfolio.
Position Responsibilities:
Portfolio Governance & Compliance


  • Maintain and update systems of record to ensure accurate and real-time portfolio data.
  • Compile elements of the Executive Committee (EC) Report, ensuring clarity and precision in reporting key portfolio metrics.
  • Track and manage OKR progress, providing insights into performance against strategic goals.
  • Support documentation and audit trail tracking for portfolio decisions, ensuring regulatory compliance.


Stakeholder Engagement & Communication


  • Act as a strategic advisor to executive stakeholders, providing clear insights on portfolio health, risk exposure, and regulatory compliance gaps.
  • Collaborate with regulators, auditors, and compliance teams to ensure all initiatives meet legal and financial reporting standards.
  • Visualize portfolio data to present insights to leaders that can drive effective business decisions.
  • Facilitate recurring portfolio reviews with Change Delivery counterparts to maintain visibility on executive report themes.


Financial Oversight & Resource Management


  • Facilitate aggregation, review and decisioning of projects for investment approval.
  • Provide financial oversight of projects and programs, ensuring budget adherence, cost-benefit analysis, and return on investment (ROI) tracking.
  • Collaborate with finance teams to monitor capital expenditures (CapEx) and operational expenditures (OpEx) within the project portfolio and reconciled to Enterprise plans.
  • Advise leaders to optimize resource allocation across strategic initiatives to maximize efficiency and business impact.
  • Other duties as assigned.



Position Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university OR High School/GED with 6 years of Business strategy, Change and/or Project Management Experience
  • 6 years of experience as a strategy consultant, project manager or similar role
  • 4 year of experience collecting and analyzing data to derive decision insights
  • 4 years of experience with pivot tables or PowerQuery creation in Excel
  • 4 years of experience presenting analysis to leadership


Licenses/Certifications:


  • Portfolio Management Professional (PfMP) preferred
  • Project Management (PMP) Certified preferred

Work Best Category: Category C - Days in the office will either be designated days or will vary week to week from 2-5 days Hours: 8:00am - 5:00pm Monday - Friday. This position offers a hybrid work model that includes onsite and remote days as determined by the manager. Salary: To Be Determined Based on Individual Experience
