Light & Wonder is seeking an enthusiastic and driven Contract Talent Acquisition Partner to help us WIN AS A TEAM by attracting and hiring talented individuals to join our growing company! The term of the contract will go through September 2025, with a potential opportunity to convert to full time.

Essential Job Functions:

In this role, you will be responsible for driving our talent acquisition strategy and managing full-cycle recruitment for a variety of requisitions including but not limited to technical, niche and professional roles up to vice-president level positions within our corporate functions (IT, Finance, Sales, Marketing, HR, etc.). Using your strong networking and relationship building skills, you will become a trusted advisor to Hiring Managers, HR Partners and other stakeholders as you partner to execute recruitment strategies, identify and hire top talent.

The ideal candidate will possess the following:

  • This role would ideally be based in the Las Vegas area with a hybrid work schedule.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

  • At least 5 years of experience as a full cycle recruiter, preferably in a corporate/SGA functions.

  • At least 3 years of experience sourcing candidates using tools such as LinkedIn, Indeed and other recruitment platforms.

Preferred Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Integral in identifying and implementing talent acquisition best practices that support finding top talent while ensuring efficient processes and positive recruiting and candidate experiences

  • Tackles tough assignments and introduces new ways of looking at problems.

  • Pushes past the status quo to drive greatness.

  • Provides direct feedback & receives feedback well.

  • Sets ambitious goals and has high standards.

  • Approaches work with a growth mindset of continuous improvement.

  • Demonstrates business acumen & data driven decision-making.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

  • Exceptional written and verbal English communication and presentations skills.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
