We are seeking a Hybrid full-time, 40-hour Triage RN to support the practice onsite Monday through Friday from 8:30am- 5:00pm. This role is a mix of 75% Phone Triage and 25% Coumadin Management! We are open to this RN working 40 hours or 36 hours, we are flexible! As a Hybrid opportunity, the position entails onsite coverage and 2 days a week remote covered when fully trained.
Dedicated to phone triage, the Nurse will handle patient interactions via telephone, provide advice in accordance with clinical protocols, and coordinate proper disposition. Calls are related to patient concerns, appointments, pre and post procedures, urgent care, inpatient admissions, prescription refills, and test results. Coumadin management duties include standing orders, dosage adjustments, patient education, coordinating care for patients on warfarin, and anti-coagulation procedural recommendations.

Education
Associate's Degree Nursing required and Bachelor's Degree Nursing preferred

Licenses and Credentials
Registered Nurse [RN - State License] - Generic - HR Only required Basic Life Support [BLS Certification] - Data Conversion - Various Issuers preferred

Experience
Clinical nursing experience 0-1 year required and Ambulatory care or outpatient experience 1-2 years preferred

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Proficient knowledge of nursing principles, practices, and procedures.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic healthcare environment.
- Demonstrated commitment to continuing education and professional development.
- Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMRs) and healthcare technologies.
