POSITION TITLE: Program Educational Facilitator - Contractor Pay Rate: $24.00/HR PAID WEEKLY + BENEFITS + PAID MILEAGE Seeking an energetic and personable person who is organized, flexible, an active listener, resourceful, great at time management and takes initiative. Someone who is comfortable working with high school and middle school students and with diverse student populations. We are here to lead, inspire, and prepare the next generation of youth for future success in a global economy and change the trajectory of our youth. Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8 hours between 730am and 530pm. Typically 8-5. Must: Be comfortable driving to schools / giving presentations to the youth / facilitating a classroom Primary Responsibilities * Facilitates in-classroom and other in-person programming for middle and high school students as assigned * Assist students through lessons by encouraging participation and active listening * Engage with educator to understand classroom norms, rules, and style * Manage time during the session to ensure the agreed upon number of lessons are completed * Collect surveys and testimonials from the youth and educators at time of facilitation * Utilizes time management tools consistently (calendars, email, etc.) * Arrive to designated school prepared, 20-30 minutes prior to start time with propriate credentials * Actively participates in 1:1 conversation with supervisor * Other duties as assigned. Education/Experience: * Experience with presenting to diverse groups of people * Experience working with middle and high school students * Familiar with youth development is a plus * Ability to lift 20-25 lb. boxes when packaging and shipping materials. * Experience with Justice, Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, Belonging a plus. * Bilingual a plus Must have reliable transportation to travel to and from work, and schools. Great Benefit Package - 15 days of PTO and 11 Paid Holidays. Bonus after a certain amount of time with the credit union. Medical, Dental and Vision all offered.
