Warehouse Material Handler - FT Nights- (Sunday 5:30PM Start, Monday to Thursday 6:00PM Start)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Administers and operates the organization's warehouses, including processing, packaging and storage of supplies, materials and equipment.

• Accounts for all materials and supplies in the store's facilities; audits goods received into warehouse

• Oversees receipt, storage and shipment of materials, and related reporting in accordance with established procedures

• Prepares and coordinates schedules for shipping and receiving materials to control the flow of goods and regulate warehouse space

• Ensures the effectiveness of operating procedures, space utilization, and maintenance and protection of facilities and equipment Performs advanced tasks.

• Completes the most-difficult assignments.

• May mentor less-experienced peers and assist supervisors but does not formally supervise others.

• May be responsible for coordinating the daily activities of a small team.

MINIMUM REQUIRED SKILLS:

• Typically Requires 5 years of related experience.

ADDITIONAL SKILLS REQUIRED:

• Typically, multi-skilled over a number of activities and products.

• Consistently works on complex assignments requiring independent action and a high degree of initiative to resolve issues.

• Expected to make recommendations for new procedures.

• Minimal supervision with considerable latitude for independent judgment.
