Employee Assistance Counselor Lubbock 40633BR Position Description Provides counseling services to assigned clients to identify personal and interactive problems and to achieve effective adjustment. Major/Essential Functions Provide clinical services to the Employee Assistance Program (EAP) and the Program of Assistance for Students (PAS) clients who are self- or supervisory and referred for assistance with personal problems and needs. This position will also assist in providing other employee assistance and student assistance services. (e.g., wellness presentations). Required Qualifications Master's degree in a mental health field. Currently licensed by the state of Texas to provide mental health counseling services.
