Description
The employee shall obtain and maintain designation as, but not limited to Collateral Duty Inspector (CDI), Collateral Duty Quality Assurance Representative (CDQAR), Low/High Power Turn up Qualification, Tow, Brake Rider, Hydraulic Contamination, HAZMAT, and Support Equipment licenses, and certifications as deemed necessary by the COR. The contractor shall test, troubleshoot, install, remove, inspect, and repair, align/rig systems components, and ancillary equipment as directed by the government's work center supervisor, for the following T/AV-8B systems: 1) Required Scheduled/Unscheduled Inspections 2) F402-RR-408 A/B and F402-RR-406B Engines 3) Engine Fuel and Control System 4) Water Injection System 5) Engine Indicating System 6) Throttle and Thrust Nozzle Systems 7) Lubrication System 8) Starting and Ignition System 9) Aircraft Fuel Systems 10) Applicable Support/Special Equipment 11) Applicable Aircraft Publications, Diagrams, Sketches, and Drawings 12) Applicable Precision Measuring Equipment 13) Applicable knowledge of aircraft ground handling and common maintenance practices Engines/Powerplant Aircraft Mechanics III shall be a CDI or CDQAR, maintain a Plane Captain and High Power qualification, and have the capability of performing all tasks on all systems.
