About Our Internship Program
The Graduate Internship with Growth Strategy & Operations will expose graduate-level business school students to a variety of departments within SCAN from its base in the Sales department. The intern will support the business on a variety of tasks, including conducting research and analytical studies, developing prospective sales strategies, planning for MA business cycles, presenting findings and other special projects.

As an IT Intern, you will have the opportunity to participate in:
BUSINESS ASSESSMENT - 50%

Analyzes sales, marketing, and other types of healthcare and Medicare Advantage related data to identify trends and answer key business questions.

Coordinates planning and cross-functional collaboration throughout the organization in support of major sales and business cycles.

Provides accurate, timely, and understandable analysis, ensuring that the relevant inputs, e.g., from internal sources (SMEs, data, dashboards) and external research (google, CMS, fraud reporting platforms), are considered in the analytical framework and decision criteria.

Implements research and analytical projects through project management techniques.

MISCELLANEOUS ACTIVITIES - 20%

Participates in strategic discussions around sales strategy and operations.

Supports project planning, execution and analyses.

Assists in preparation of presentations for executive-level and external partner audiences.

CAPSTONE PROJECT - 30%

Conducts a special project based on real-time business opportunities.

Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Required: Bachelor's Degree or greater in Business Administration, Public Health/Health Administration, or related field.
Must be a full-time MBA or master's level student
