Overview
Job Summary The Greenbrook Clinical Field Training Manager is responsible for delivering high-impact clinical training and onboarding programs across Greenbrook TMS centers. This role requires extensive travel (85% of the time) to various Greenbrook locations to train and certify clinicians and staff, ensuring they meet clinical and operational excellence standards. The remaining 15% of the role involves administrative tasks, reporting, and collaboration with leadership to refine training initiatives. Key Responsibilities:
Administrative & Strategic Support (15%)
- Maintain training records and track clinician certification progress.
- Maintain the LMS system.
- Provide feedback and recommendations to leadership on training effectiveness and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with internal teams to refine training materials and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Be subject matter experts to identify gaps and collaborate with the Sr. Clinical Training Manager on actionable solutions and updates that fits the business need.
- Participate in leadership meetings to discuss field insights and best practices for clinical training.
- Work with cross-functional partners including but not limited to Greenbrook Operations and Regional VPs, and Chef Medical Officer; proactive systematic communication, strategies for clinical and business excellence and creating a feedback loop for updates to processes and curriculum.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- HCP Training experience. Experience in the neurobehavioral space is preferred.
- 2 years of Medical Device experience/training.
- Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience, preferably in a multi-site healthcare setting.
- Minimum of 2 years in clinical training, education, or staff development.
- Excellent communication, coaching, and facilitation skills.
- Ability to recognize problems and take corrective measures.
- Ability to coordinate schedules.
- Ability to travel extensively (up to 85%) to different Greenbrook centers across the U.S.
- Comfortable working independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Proficient in using training technology, documentation systems, and reporting tools.
Physical Demands and Work Environment:
- Located in a fast-paced, clinical office environment with a noise level that is generally moderate.
- Regular use of clinical equipment (including TMS medical devices, etc.).
- Regular use of standard office equipment (including computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, fax machines, etc.)
- Regular periods of sitting, standing, bending, walking, seeing, talking, and listening.
- Regular requirement to reach with hands/arms, stoop, kneel, or crouch.
- Regular requirement to push, pull, lift and/or move up to 15 - 30 pounds.
- Ability to operate a motor vehicle with a valid driver's license.
