We are actively hiring aWeb Designerto join ourteam working inNorthern Virginia. Inthis role,the Web Designerwill be able to apply solid creative design and web development experience in unique and novel ways, with opportunities to foster campaign and advertising success from conception to post-delivery evaluation.

REQUIRED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

  • Must possess an active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph

  • Familiarity with CMSs such as WordPress.
  • familiarity with using photo editing software such as Photoshop is a big plus.
  • Understand user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design principles.
  • Monitor website traffic and performance while making necessary adjustments.
  • Maintain and enhance the website once built.
  • Perform website updates as required by the client.
  • Test the website in various browsers and modify design as necessary.
  • Ensure the website is optimized for mobile devices.
  • Create website elements (e.g., icons, banners, audio enhancements, etc.).
  • Integrate graphics, audio, and video into the website as needed.
  • Design website layouts and templates using design software.
