Primary Responsibilities

  • Provide direct support to senior event managers and directors across GQ, Pitchfork, Vanity Fair, and Vogue-from planning and ideation to implementation and post-event wrap-up.

  • Assist in tracking budgets, margins, and timelines for US-based events, ensuring all financials remain aligned with strategic goals.

  • Conduct research on event venues and third-party vendors, compiling recommendations and supporting negotiations as directed.

  • Support the team in managing partnerships with brands and vendors to help optimize event budgets and secure cost-saving opportunities.

  • Assist in coordinating client activations by working closely with commercial teams before, during, and after events to ensure seamless execution.

  • Facilitate timely feedback collection, tracking approvals, and managing event collateral.

  • Help prepare event decks, presentations, and reports for internal and external stakeholders.

  • Provide logistical and administrative support in assembling creative and innovative event activations that align with client goals and brand strategies.

  • Support senior team members in identifying and developing new event opportunities.

  • Assist in coordinating US-led and international events to ensure alignment across global markets.

  • Perform additional administrative and operational duties as assigned to assist leadership.

Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field with a minimum of 2 years of event production experience.

  • Proven ability to work independently while thriving in a collaborative team environment.

  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships across departments.

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-energy environment with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.

  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, ensuring seamless execution of events and projects.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

  • Ability to think objectively and strategically to support event planning and execution.

  • Experience managing internal and external vendors, ensuring smooth operations and successful partnerships.

  • Proficiency in G Suite, Microsoft Office Suite, LaunchMetrics, Bizzabo, Swoogo, and other event management tools.

The expected base salary range for this position is from $66,000-$74,000. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including but not limited to relevant skills, training, experience, and education.

In addition to salary and a generous employee benefits package, successful candidates may also be eligible to receive discretionary bonus compensation.
