This position's primary function is the local support of the Automated Warehouse Control system (AWCS) for warehouse operations, including hardware and network support as well as IT administration and assistance for site employees. At this location, the Systems Analyst is also responsible for administering and overseeing the site CIP function.

Additional Information:

Monday - Friday 8:00am - 4:00pm, will have to be available to work off shift as the site is functional Monday- Thursday 24/7

5% Travel

This position is also eligible for bonus based on performance and subject to the terms of the Company's applicable plans.

  • Automated Warehouse Control system (AWCS) support and liaison between site and corporate
  • PC, Hardware, and Network support
  • Development and programming of local databases and information reporting
  • Implementation of Automated Warehouse Control system (AWCS) enhancements
  • Phone and Security system maintenance
  • Ensure ongoing system maintenance, proper system backup and control procedures are followed, recommend and implement control, site support for any repair/recovery
  • Administer software installation
  • Focal point for software problems with core system and "how to" issues
  • End user reporting - provide expertise to develop various reports and inquiries as needed.
  • Participation towards completion of other related tasks and duties as directed or needed.
  • Manages site's outside storage facilities with inventory responsibilities.
  • Responsible for overseeing inventory adjustments, monthly book to perpetual reconciliation, physical counts, and routine analysis along with the team lead onsite.

Minimum Requirements:



  • Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without needing sponsorship for employment work visa status now or in the future
  • Must have an Bachelor's degree or higher in information systems or at least two (2) years experience in information technology (IT)


Preferred Qualifications:



  • Have at least a Six Sigma Certification (Green Belt, Black Belt, etc.)
  • Have at least one (1) year experience in Inventory management
