Description * Verify proper operation; prepare accurate and timely documentation of work performed. * Prepare inspection/deficiency reports for submission to management. * Interface with service management to ensure that all work is scheduled/handled. * Interface with customers to explain work performed and answer their questions. * Resolve customer concerns as quickly and effectively as possible. * Must ensure customer satisfaction and a positive customer experience. * Maintain and organize truck inventory (parts and tools) to ensure proper response to customers' needs. * Must adhere to company safety policies and procedures. * Perform other duties, as assigned. * This is an entry level position, no experience needed for the role. This will be a learning position and the candidate would be learning different cameras and will be taught what to do. Top Skills Details * Must have own vehicle and drivers license. * Must have a strong work ethic. * Must be detail-oriented. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $28.00/hr.
