* Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and motivated Closing Team Manager to lead and oversee our closing and document drawing teams. This role requires strong management skills to ensure that all closing documents are handled in accordance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs). The ideal candidate will facilitate daily pipeline meetings, provide guidance and support to team members, and foster a collaborative environment to drive success. Key Responsibilities: * Manage and lead closing and document drawing teams to achieve operational excellence. * Ensure all closing documents are completed within defined SLAs. * Conduct pipeline meetings once or twice daily to monitor progress and address challenges. * Meet regularly with associates to provide direction, support, and performance feedback. * Assist team members with challenges and provide solutions to ensure workflow efficiency. *Skills* closing, mortgage, closing manager, doc drawer, encompass *Additional Skills & Qualifications* * Minimum of 3 years of management experience within Mortgage * 5 years of Mortagage experience, with 3 years within closing * Familiarity with Encompass is preferred but not required. * Proficiency in Excel and experience pulling and analyzing reports. * Experience in training and mentoring team members is highly desirable. Fully onsite in PLANO, TX *Experience Level* Intermediate Level *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $31.00 - $31.00/hr.
