• Lovelace Medical Group is a multispecialty provider group that includes clinics, doctors and advanced practice providers in a broad range of specialties and primary care.

• The RN Navigator is responsible for guiding patients through the healthcare journey. This role involves providing patient-centered education, emotional support, and clinical guidance, ensuring that patients understand their care options and feel supported at each step.
• The Navigator coordinates multidisciplinary appointments, tests, and treatments, serving as a key liaison between patients, healthcare providers, and external resources.
• This role requires thorough clinical assessments, precise documentation, and proactive communication to streamline patient care.
• Additionally, the navigator connects patients to relevant resources to ensure comprehensive and compassionate care through the treatment process.

Job Requirements:

• Associate's Degree from an accredited School of Nursing program.
• Associate's degree from an accredited School of Nursing program.
• State of New Mexico Nursing License or valid multi-state compact license.
• Current CPR certification

Preferred Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's of Nursing or Healthcare Management
• Computer and EMR knowledge
• Patient Navigator and/or Case Management Experience.
