THE JOB:

The Assistant Beverage Manager is responsible for covering Beverage Leaders within the various outlets at Beau Rivage. During that time, you will be responsible for all aspects of daily beverage operations for the designated outlet.

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Manage operational functions with flair, aligning with our strategic vision
• Elevate guest service standards, embodying our core values and brand attributes
• Ensures smooth, cost-effective operations, from labor management to inventory control
• Be the driving force behind exceptional service during your shift
• Guide and inspire Beverage staff, ensuring a seamless schedule

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Meets the minimum age requirement of 21 years old
• Exhibits 2+ years of prior relevant supervisory experience in beverage or an equivalent F&B supervisory position
• Well-versed in the intricacies of managing operations and leading a team
• Hold a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent
• Demonstrates flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Thrives under pressure and excels in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
