This flexible opportunity is ideal for a motivated and compassionate clinician looking to contribute to high-quality inpatient psychiatric care on a per diem basis. Position Highlights:
Provide coverage for our adult inpatient psychiatric unit Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including psychiatrists, psychologists, social workers, nurses, and occupational therapists Flexible weekend shift availability Supportive and collegial environment within a well-established department Opportunities for moonlighting, professional development, and potential transition to a more permanent role

MD or DO from an accredited medical school Board certified or board eligible in Psychiatry Licensed (or eligible for licensure) in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts Strong clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills Commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered care
