At Ridgeline International, we're looking for a curious, driven, and tech-minded intern who wants hands-on experience this summer. If you're someone who likes solving problems, tinkering with systems, and maybe even writing a little code - this internship could be a great fit.

What you'll get exposure to:

  • System Administration 101: You'll support and shadow our IT team on real-world projects. Think system configurations, troubleshooting, updates, and all the behind-the-scenes work that keeps a secure environment running.

  • Intro to Software Development (based on your training plan): You might get the chance to learn from our dev team and explore scripting, automation, or light coding tasks.

  • Day-to-day tech operations in a mission-driven, fast-paced company serving the national security space.

Qualifications

What we're looking for:

  • A current student with a passionin Computer Science, IT, Cybersecurity, or a related technical field

  • Someone who enjoys learning, asks good questions, and isn't afraid to try

  • Basic familiarity with Linux or Windows environments is a plus

  • Experience or coursework in programming (Python, JavaScript, etc.) is great, but not required

  • Must be eligible to work in the U.S.

Additional Information

Internship Details:

  • Ridgeline's 2025Internships begin on June 2, 2025, and extend through August.
  • Internships are predominantly situated at Ridgeline's headquarters campus in McLean, VA. However, in certain instances, remote work may be allowed.
  • Applicants must be capable of remaining stationary for 50% of the time. Occasionally, movement within the office environment may be required.
  • The role involves continuous interaction with computers and other office productivity equipment.
