ACP is hiring a part or full-time Outpatient Mental Health Therapists (LMFT, LPCC, LP, or LICSW) to become a valued member of our Hudson clinic team. Outpatient Mental Health Therapists are an integral part of our team, providing much-needed services to a diverse range of clients. At ACP, you'll work alongside Dr. John Brose, Ph.D., LADC, LMFT, Minnesota Gerontologist of the Year in 2020, who received a lifetime achievement award from the American Psychological Association. Dr. Brose was trained by Dr. Albert Ellis, Dr. Aaron Beck, and Dr. Maxie Maultsby and served on the faculty of more than two psychotherapy training institutes.

Responsibilities:

Conduct initial assessments and develop treatment plans.
Provide individual, group, and family therapy.
Monitor progress toward treatment goals, adjusting as needed.
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals.
Maintain accurate, timely documentation of client progress and treatment.

Requirements:

Master's degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or related field.
Licensed as an LMFT, LPCC, LP, or LICSW in Minnesota.
Experience providing outpatient therapy.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Timely, accurate submission of documents as required.

Starting Pay: $75k - $90k annually for Masters level licensed clinicians. $85k - $100k for PhD level licensed clinicians. Actual compensation may vary as determined by licensure, education, experience, skillset, FT/PT status, and schedule.
