Warehouse Clerk

ChampionX is seeking a Warehouse Clerk responsible for the NW Houston facility daily warehouse logistics that support the timely delivery to our customers both inbound and outbound.

Key Job Responsibilities:

• Daily review and planning of workload to organize and execute efficient timing of delivery.
• Loading and unloading materials from delivery trucks.
• Responsible for ensuring all inventory is processed in the warehouse and logged into Oracle.
• Support inventory cycle counts
• Track and update inventory on excel spreadsheets.
• Liaising with other Spirit Warehouse facilities, Operations, and transport companies to ensure timely deliveries.
• Operate Forklift equipment.
• Maintains a clean work environment and follows all safety protocols.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 2 years' experience working with shipping/receiving product and inventory management.
• Must have experience with all warehouse equipment, including Stand-up and Sit-down Forklift.
• Experience using an inventory management system, preferable Oracle.
• Ability to follow instructions and meet deadlines.
• Strong organizational, time management skills and attention to details.
• Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office suite. Good excel skills, ability to create and update spreadsheets.
• Excellent communication skills and adept at finding solutions.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with the Cherry Picker and Power Pallet Jack.

Physical Requirements:

• Must stand for extended periods of time (8 hours daily) while wearing steel toed shoes/boots on concrete floors.
• frequently required to use hand to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls. Requires good manual dexterity (hand, hand with arm, two hands) and multi-limb coordination for repetitive motion. Must grasp, manipulate, or assemble parts and components that range from very small to large objects.
• Must frequently walk, push, and pull; reach with hands and arms; stoop, kneel, crouch, bend, twist or crawl.
• Must be able to easily and regularly lift and/or move, pull, or push up to 25 pounds.
• Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
