Our commitment to innovation is unwavering, and we're looking for passionate individuals to join our journey. We are currently seeking an Assistant DC Manager at our Arlington, Texas facility. The Assistant DC Manager plays a key role in supporting warehouse operations; assisting in managing the day-to-day operations of our warehouse, ensuring excellence in employee leadership, KPI monitoring, and timely, accurate order fulfillment and embodying our mission: to earn the loyalty of every customer by engineering innovative lubricant solutions and investing in expertise to deliver the performance they've been promised and the satisfaction they deserve. Position Details: Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. Extended hours may be required. Location: 4851 S. Position Requirements: Education & Experience: High school diploma or equivalent required. Three to five years of experience in distribution or warehouse management required. Or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to perform the essential functions of the job. Certificates/Licenses Required: Forklift Certification (trained and received on the job). Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Industry knowledge for shipping and domestic transportation. Experience supervising a team. Computer skills including familiarity of RF technology. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Strong customer service experience Basic warehousing and inventory control Ability to train, supervise, and evaluate warehouse staff Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
