Position Summary

The Marketing Manager will take the lead in planning, coordinating, and developing marketing campaigns for the Gaming Division. This candidate will also support creating presentations, internal documentation, and marketing campaigns across all lines of business. Because this position will wear multiple hats, it is imperative that they have the ability to stay organized, professional, and quickly switch gears as needed.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Lead a team of Associate Product Marketing Managers
  • Assistance with creating presentations in PowerPoint while following our brand guideline standards
  • Ability to manage and maintain a budget to ensure proper and impactful spending across all launches and events
  • Manage the development, execution, and calendar of all partner marketing campaigns at a network and bespoke level with clear communication internally and externally surrounding all activity
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to better understand marketing strategy and ensure proper alignment
  • Work closely with the Creative team to provide direction, content, and review for accuracy
  • Work with internal Marketing and Commercial teams to ensure all promotional marketing objectives are met and opportunities maximized
  • Support Account Management with game launch packs and information to aid uptake of content and broaden distribution
  • Track, analyze, and report on campaign effectiveness across launches, paid ads, and social content
  • Manage the merchandise & promotional inventory for partnered events and gifting
  • Support Corporate Marketing with industry events such as ICE, IGA, and G2E
Qualifications

Qualifications:

Education:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Required Experience:
At least 2-5 years of experience in a similar role

Preferred Experience:
Experience working within the gaming industry with an understanding of promotional marketing, event management & relationship management

Experience orchestrating and measuring an array of marketing tacticsas well as budget management

Experience with presentations and analytic

Experience of working with suppliers - particularly merchandising

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:

  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Creative writing skills required
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong project management skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a diverse work group
  • Ability to multi-task is required
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Eagerness to learn, positive attitude, and strong work ethic
  • May require evening and weekend hours

Physical Requirements:
Hybrid role. 3 days in the office and 2 days working remotely.
