Anesthesia Tech Team Lead Responsibilities:

• The Anesthesia Team Lead is responsible for operational functions of the department including shift-to-shift assignments and allocation of resources such as staff, equipment, and scheduling.
• Sources for evaluation include productivity monitoring guidelines, adherence to policy, and feedback (physicians, staff & patients).
• Utilizes standards, guidelines, protocols and pathways for optimal care delivery.
• Incorporates data and information to continually improve care and practice to enhance outcome.
• Actively participates with Quality Improvement, direct observation, medical record review, and testing.

Anesthesia Tech Team Lead:

• Education - High School or GED
• Experience - 2 Plus years in anesthesiology to include leadership or providing direction to other team members.
• Certification - BLS from AHA Upon Start
