The Pool Bar back will be responsible for providing the guests with a comforting and relaxing environment; maintaining the pool area in a clean and inviting manner. Create a positive atmosphere while engaging with guests and fellow associates.

Enthusiastic greeting of guests by name when possible
• Consistent walk through of the pool area to ensure cleanliness and tidiness at all times
• Ensure all pool chaises are in a clean orderly fashion/run linens to laundry
• Inspect entire pool area for cleanliness including washrooms
• Assist in serving guests with food requests
• Must be able to work outside during high temperature weather
• Re-supply bar supplies

• Must be able to operate micros and radio communications
• Must be able to effectively communicate with all associates and guests in a positive manner

MARGINAL FUNCTIONS:

• Respond to any reasonable task as assigned by supervisor or manager.
• Assist in other departments as needed
• Attend monthly departmental meetings
