We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Director, Global Construction and Project Management Lead to join our Real Estate team. This role involves leading a team responsible for global process management, creating standards and guidelines to ensure consistent budget, schedule, and risk management across all regions. Additionally, the role will oversee project delivery specifically in the Puget Sound region. The ideal candidate will focus on establishing consistent processes, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), and providing comprehensive reporting to offer a clear overview of their business column. This role requires close collaboration and partnership with a broad range of stakeholders to ensure successful process implementations across different regions.
Responsibilities Lead global process management in construction and project management.Lead the team responsible for delivering projects of various sizes in Puget Sound region with Vendor support.Develop and implement standards and guidelines to ensure consistency in budget, schedule, and risk management.Establish and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to track project performance and identify areas for improvement.Provide detailed reporting and analysis to offer a comprehensive overview of project status and performance.Collaborate closely with global program leads, Workplace Strategists and regional teams to ensure alignment and successful project delivery.Drive initiatives to improve process efficiency and effectiveness across the organization.Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.Manage and mitigate risks associated with construction and project management activities.Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the team. | |
