Job Description

We are FIS. Our technology powers the world's economy and our teams bring innovation to life. We champion diversity to deliver the best products and solutions for our colleagues, clients and communities. If you're ready to start learning, growing and making an impact with a career in fintech, we'd like to know: Are you FIS?

Note: We have a hybrid work environment in the locations listed on this job post. The role is not available virtually

About the role:

We're looking for a passionate, customer-obsessed Product Manager to lead efforts across Home Screen, Global and Insights capabilities for our Digital One platform. This is an opportunity to shape how millions of people interact with their finances every day - and to help regional and community banks provide the kind of digital experience that rival the biggest players.

You'll focus on understanding key customer personas (from everyday banking consumers to gig workers and small business owners), shaping product strategy and delivering engagement and adoption. You'll work at the intersection of product, design, analytics and engineering - bringing new ideas to life and continuously improving what already exists.

About the team:
Your peers will be numerous experienced product managers. You'll collaborate deeply with the product managers, technology partners, client support and sales colleagues to ensure that our Digital Banking Solutions are delivering the value that our clients expect.

What you will be doing:

  • Lead product strategy and roadmap for Home Screen, Global (e.g. navigation, language, branding settings) and Insights capabilities across web and mobile platforms.

  • Deeply understand the needs of different banking personas - retail customers, microbusinesses, and bank staff - and translate those into elegant, intuitive solutions.

  • Drive a shared vision across teams for how digital banking should adapt based on user behavior, preferences and context.

  • Define and prioritize capabilities that improve discoverability, personalization and activation of banking features.

  • Use data to guide decisions, develop hypotheses and measure success- collaborating closely with related teams to refine and iterate.

  • Partner with UX, engineering, sales, client success and bank stakeholders to deliver value fast and continuously improve the experience.

  • Support build-buy-partner decisions when needed to accelerate capability development and enrich the ecosystem.

What you will need:

  • 5+ years of recent experience with product management experience in digital platforms.

  • 5+ years of recent experience building and optimizing digital experiences.

  • A strong sense of empathy - of both end users and operational needs of our bank clients.

  • Excellent communication skills and comfort working across disciplines and levels of seniority.

  • Ability to thrive in complexity and navigate ambiguity with clarity and purpose.

  • A growth mindset, curiosity, and a track record of making things better through experimentation and iteration.

  • A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, technology, data or the equivalent experience.

Bonus if you bring:

  • Fintech, banking, SaaS or consumer apps strongly preferred

  • Building and optimizing experiences with a focus on personalization, navigation, or customer insights preferred

What we offer you:
A career at FIS is more than just a job. It's the change to shape the future of fintech. At FIS, we offer you:

  • A voice in the future of fintech

  • Always-on learning and development

  • Collaborative work environment

  • Opportunities to give back

  • Competitive salary and benefits

Current and future sponsorship are not available for this position
