We are seeking a dynamic, experienced Vice President of Operations to lead this multifaceted global corporate account. This role demands an experienced, entrepreneurial leader with significant experience in exceeding client expectations within the Food Service/Hospitality industry. Based in New York City, the VPO will establish and direct standards for food, beverage, and conference services; while working effectively both interdepartmentally and with other Compass Group sectors. Our VP of Operations works closely with the RVP, site leaders, and senior client partners to resolve & implement strategy, priorities, and direction for operations across all account locations. The ideal candidate is comfortable with change, taking measured risk, influencing decision-making, as well as operational execution and running multiple P&L'S. Key Responsibilities:
