Description

The Chemical Operator is responsible for performing all functions necessary for the manufacturing of finished products. The Chemical Operator Safey manufacture specialty chemical products involving the ability to follow and comply with defined procedures/regulatory requirements, assemble, and operate automated/semi-automated equipment while following defined safety policies.

Job Details

Role Specific Responsibilities:

Ensures workplace safety by participating in the Behavior Based Safety Observations while practices and follows all site safety policies, guidelines and procedures.
Follows all Aurorium Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
Documents work according to FDA Regulations

Compliance:

Complies with company Health, Safety and Environmental policies, procedures, and arrangements
Reports all Health, Safety and Environmental accidents, incidents and near misses promptly
Acts in a safe and responsible manner at all times

Problem Solving and Innovation:

Active participation in continuous improvement activities
Participates in problem-solving
Takes responsibility and ownership for own learning and development in the spirit of continuous improvement of both self and the business
Assists in the training, mentoring, and assessment of other team members
Exercises autonomy and judgement subject to overall direction or guidance
