Who we are looking for: We are currently looking for a Manufacturing / Shipping Supervisor - 2nd shift to be based out of our Cartersville GA facility. Reporting to the Production Manager, this person will be responsible for supervising and leading the manufacturing/shipping departments with an emphasis on teamwork, continuous improvement, lean concepts, and have full ownership for the shift safety, quality, delivery, and productivity performance. The ideal candidate will have some relevant supervisory experience, or a Bachelors degree, and experience in manufacturing operations and shipping. Experience in lean manufacturing or business system-based company is strongly preferred. What you'll do:

As of the date of this posting, a good faith estimate of the current pay for this position is $67,680 - $93,060. Placement in the range depends on several factors including, but not limited to, specific competencies, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, relevant experience, skills, seniority, performance, shift, travel requirements, and business or organizational needs and may change over time. Other compensation may include, but not limited to, overtime, shift differentials, bonuses, commissions, stock, and other incentives. Benefits available include:
