THE JOB:

PRIME Steakhouse, a luxury dining experience by Chef Jean-Georges Vongerichten, is searching for a dedicated Busperson to support our world-class service team. This role is integral to maintaining the elevated guest experience that PRIME is known for, ensuring the seamless flow of service, impeccable table maintenance, and pristine dining spaces. The ideal candidate is highly motivated, thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume fine dining environment, and is eager to grow within a renowned steakhouse setting.

THE STARTING RATE:$14.2737 plus tips

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Support the service team with table maintenance, resetting, and overall cleanliness.

• Assist with pre-service restaurant setup, including furniture adjustments, water stocking, and ensuring all dining essentials are in place.

• Clear, clean, and sanitize tables efficiently, ensuring a polished and welcoming atmosphere.

• Assist in carrying and restocking heavy items exceeding 50 pounds, requiring physical stamina and endurance.

• Provide attentive guest service, including water and coffee refills, with a professional and polished demeanor.

• Work in a dynamic fine dining setting, adapting to loud environments, fluctuating temperatures on the patio, and high guest volumes.

• Contribute to end-of-service breakdown and cleaning, ensuring a pristine and organized workspace for the next shift.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• At least 18 years of age or older.

• 1+ year of prior relevant experience as a Busperson or Food Runner.

• Experience working in a similar fine-dining or upscale environment.
