We're seeking a Revenue Manager to lead revenue accounting under ASC 606, manage monthly close processes, oversee commissions, support IT accounting initiatives, and drive ad-hoc financial projects. If you're ready to make an impact in a high-growth environment, let's talk!

  • Revenue accounting and reporting under ASC 606.

  • Assist with monthly accounting close.

  • Maintain files and documentation thoroughly and accurately, in accordance with company policy and accepted accounting practices.

  • Maintain internal controls and required documentation in support of internal control audits.

  • Support annual audits and disclosures.

What Skills & Experience You Should Bring

  • 4 Years of revenue accounting or audit firm experience.

  • 2+ years supervision of accounting or finance staff.

  • Accounting Degree, CPA preferred.

  • Proficient in Excel and Word, NetSuite experience is a plus.

  • Thorough knowledge of applicable general ledger systems, financial chart of accounts and corporate procedures.

Revenue Manager, Owner and Public Sector

The Owner and Public Sector organization is a strategic and fast-growing subsidiary of Trimble with a portfolio that includes software, SaaS, and professional services. This business offers a comprehensive range of technology tools for project and asset management lifecycle solutions. Our solutions connect the real world to the digital world and deliver on the concept of "the digital twin". The O&PS organization is creating a unique player in the industry by connecting and scaling up a number of targeted acquisitions over the last several years. The organization is North America focused, with a presence in Colorado, Utah, Florida, and Texas.

The Revenue Manager will be responsible for revenue accounting under ASC 606, assist in the monthly close, financial reporting, facilitate accounting IT projects, manage the revenue accounting staff, manage the commission's process, and other ad-hoc accounting projects.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Revenue accounting and reporting under ASC 606

  • Assist with monthly accounting close

  • Monthly review of the commissions accounting and payouts

  • Maintain files and documentation thoroughly and accurately, in accordance with company policy and accepted accounting practices

  • Maintain internal controls and required documentation in support of internal control audits

  • Support annual audits and disclosures

  • Assist with other projects as needed.

Required:

  • 4 Years of revenue accounting or audit firm experience
  • 2+ years supervision of accounting or finance staff
  • Accounting Degree, CPA preferred
  • Proficient in Excel and Word, NetSuite experience a plus

Working Conditions

Work is performed in a general office environment. High stress & long hours may occur. Requires the ability to communicate with employees, management team members, and external business contacts by phone, computer, and video conferencing.
