Who You Are... As Digital Marketing Coordinator, you will support the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns, as well as assist the Corporate Marketing and Branch teams in creating marketing collateral, proposals, case studies and presentations. This role be also work with the marketing team to update the website, assist in the creation of blog posts, email marketing campaigns, and video content, including the oversight of all relevant analytics. This Position... Some examples of the work you might do includes:
- Assists marketing team with the design and development of marketing collateral, including digital brochures, one-sheets, flyers, case studies, and advertisements, to support campaigns and initiatives.
- Provides support for marketing materials such as RFP responses, and customer presentations.
- Creates and updates project experience collateral, including case studies and project sheets.
- Collaborates with Regional Marketing Leaders to collect project highlights, employee stories, and other updates for content development.
- Updates our marketing intranet page with the current versions of the marketing collateral and additional marketing tools.
- Ensures all content is consistent with, and supports, the overall brand and identity of the Company.
- Utilizes our CRM platform to archive data and content on completed projects.
- Assists in the design and execution of email marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with branding and campaign objectives.
- Supports the creation of email templates, graphics, and content tailored to various audiences.
- Assists with the management of the company's website, ensuring content is accurate, current, and aligned with branding standards.
- Makes updates to website content, including blog posts, event information, and marketing materials.
- Troubleshoots basic website issues and coordinates with developers for advanced needs.
- Works with External Communications & Public Relations Leader to develop engaging graphics and written content for social media platforms.
- Works with External Communications & Public Relations Leader to compile and analyze monthly social media and website performance metrics to identify trends and actionable insights.
- Assists in the creation of internal and external video content for marketing and communication purposes.
- Assists the marketing team execute quarterly photography sessions to capture high-quality images for marketing use.
- Provides photography support during key events and projects as needed.
- Performs research on current industry trends, and makes recommendations to management.
- Assists with quarterly performance reports summarizing social media and website analytics in easily digestible one-page formats.
What You Need...
- Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Graphic Design, Marketing, or Communications, and internship experience up to 2 years of relevant work experience.
- Proven graphic design skills with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Suite products
- Demonstrated proficiency in WordPress website management, including content updates, troubleshooting, and ensuring optimal site performance and user experience.
- Ability to cater communications with diverse audiences.
- Capacity to successfully manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Proven written communication skills, ideally with published content, in online and/or traditional media.
- Ability to travel up to 10% of the time.
