This is a remote role open to any qualified applicant in the United States. Job summary The Corporate Investigations team is an integral part of the operations of Ethics & Compliance. The team is responsible for leading, planning, organizing, and conducting a variety of sensitive investigations involving corporate policy violations. Results of these matters are integrated into Ethics & Compliance reporting obligations to senior management and the Board of Directors. The team also provides global support to an array of internal stakeholders and corporate business units. Responsibilities
Qualifications * Significant, direct experience in an investigative position, analyzing information to determine potential issues, violations, root and contributing causes. * 5+ years experience * Demonstrated excellence in interviewing and conducting internal investigations. * Excellent oral and written skills and the execution of timely investigative reports to senior management and executive leadership. * Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint and Excel etc.) Certifications Required Significant direct experience in an investigative position analyzing information to determine potential issues violations root and contributing causes. Salary and Other Compensation: Applications will be accepted until February 20, 2025. The annual salary for this position is between $90,000 - $120,000, depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
