• Bachelor Degree and 4 years experience in data analysis and information reporting data OR 6 years experience in data analysis and information reporting data.
• Leadership and/or supervisory experience.
• Experience utilizing SQL, SAS, Teradata or other reporting tools / languages.
• Experience with functional teams or projects.
• Knowledge of division, business processes and customers.
• Experience solving complex problems and identifying innovative solutions.
• Communicate technical concepts to non technical audiences both in written and verbal form.
• Lead projects and junior analyst.
• Take initiative to solve complex problems; takes an outside in perspective to identify innovative solutions.
• Work with both internal and external data.
• Verify accuracy of reports and provide insights.
• Interpersonal, presentation, verbal, written and communication skills.

The compensation offered will vary depending on your job-related skills, education, knowledge, and experience. This role aligns with an annual incentive bonus plansubject to the terms and the conditions of the plan.
