Job Summary This position is responsible for managing and leading the legislative and regulatory review efforts from preliminary regulatory and legislative research leading to modeling/scenario planning through implementation assigned programs and products. Responsible for recommending solutions for the business , creating responses, developing divisional policies and procedures, and creating scenarios for pending or adopted legislation or regulations, and the resulting potential impact on the organization. May coach and mentor staff.Dearborn: Responsible for managing and facilitating internal and external operational audits, including tracking regulatory and contractual requirements related to audits. Work closely with management in the Legal/Regulatory Oversight & Compliance Departments to accumulate legal/regulatory operational requirements and educate business partners on operational requirements. Identifies operational gaps, assesses risk and works with business partners to develop compliant solutions. Assists business partners in the development of compliant policies and procedures. Produces meaningful reports to leadership on the outcomes of key audits. The compensation offered will vary depending on your job-related skills, education, knowledge, and experience. This role aligns with an annual incentive bonus plansubject to the terms and the conditions of the plan.
