This Residential Loan Servicing System Support Analyst will play a role in managing system changes/updates and be responsible for tracking issues and following up on resolutions and work very closely with management and coordinate all efforts into detailed reporting through Snowflake/Power BI for all departments within RLS along with internal/external reviews and audits.

This person will,

  • Create/maintain detailed reporting for all departments within Residential Loan Servicing. This will be performed with a robust knowledge of Snowflake/PowerBI, to help support daily/weekly/monthly reports, ad-hoc reporting, exception reports, internal/external reviews and audits.

  • Coordinate and perform internal data analysis, trending and reporting as requested for risk analysis, special projects or for other functional areas.

  • Provide ongoing support for the various core and supplemental systems within RLS, along with system changes and updates on systems as well.

  • Perform software troubleshooting functions. Work with ITS to maintain and update system software as necessary and review daily ITS Status board for possible impact to the department, communicate as applicable and provide updates until resolved.

  • Responsible for the maintenance, troubleshooting and modification on all department hardware, including CRT's, printers, Automated Dialing System equipment, Verint, Genesys, ACI (SpeedPay), and (ACD) phone system. Report all issues to ITS as

Requirements
Education

  • Associate's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience Required

Experience

  • 4-7 years Banking, Business Analyst, or Information Technology Services Required
