Your Role on Our Team:

The Group Manager, Organizational Effectiveness leads the Organizational Effectiveness Center of Excellence, reporting to the Vice President, Talent. The Organizational Effectiveness COE operates as a central hub, cultivating knowledge, embracing best practices, and generating resources. Its primary objective is to optimize Org Effectiveness programs, ensuring a strategic and effective approach to enhance organizational talent across Milwaukee Tool and TTI. This role is responsible for the development and management of the Talent Cycle and various support programs that impact the entire organization all while driving communication across the broader organization. This role requires a forward-thinking approach to Talent programs, exceptional project management skills, and a passion for creating efficient and effective Talent processes, all while driving communication across Talent.

You'll be DISRUPTIVE through these duties and responsibilities:?

  • Develops and implements comprehensive talent management strategies aligned with Milwaukee Tool and TTI's goals and objectives.
  • Develops the program, strategy, and approach for the TTI's Global talent management programs and processes, including performance management, talent review and succession, employee listening and engagement, as well targeted coaching and development of executive and high potential leaders.
  • Provides regular updates (status, insights, risks, recommendations) on Company's talent programs to the Talent Leadership Team.
  • Partners with Talent Business Partners to understand the business challenges and objectives to build a Talent Management strategy that aligns with the business needs identified by the Business Partner team..
  • Partner with the Training and Development teams to provide insight to identify, determine, develop, and deploy the right talent programs suited to the needs of targeted employee populations (e.g., exempt vs non-exempt, distributed workforce, etc.).
  • Uses data to drive, identify, and determine current and future organizational talent requirements.
  • Stays current with talent management best practices and new supporting technology.
  • Builds and maintains positive working relationships within the Talent function across TTI and with other functions within the Company.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

The TOOLS you'll bring with you:

  • 10+ years of broad HR experience including talent management and performance management.
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field.
  • Experience designing, developing and supporting organization-wide talent management. programs that cover performance management, talent development, coaching, succession planning, data analytics and relationship management.
  • People leadership skills
  • Previous experience in capturing metrics and producing various employment reports.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Workday and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

Other TOOLS we prefer you to have:

  • PHR or SHRM-CP certification

Working Conditions:

  • Primarily working indoors, office environment.
  • Periodic travel to Milwaukee Tool and TTI locations.
  • May sit for several hours at a time.
  • Prolonged exposure to computer screens.
  • Moderate noise i.e. business office with computers, phone, and printers.
