The roles of the Learning Specialist and Learning Expert are responsible for assisting the NPC operations organization in all aspects of learning. You serve as contact to internal stakeholders and support them with the creation of a compliant training environment. You make sure that all employees in NPC Operations have access to the training and resources they need to succeed.

The Opportunity

Learning Specialist:

  • Consultation, communication and first level support for NPC operations in regards all topics around training

  • Administration of training matrices, including review and setup of training curricula in Cornerstone (in collaboration with the people leaders)

  • Administration of local groups in Cornerstone, ensuring a high data quality in the system

  • Active support with the continuous improvement of the learning process in NPC Operations

  • Support with the onboarding of new team members

  • Support in internal and external audits

Learning Expert (in addition to tasks of the Learning Specialist):

  • Management, administration and problem solving in Cornerstone ("super admin")

  • Design, development, implementation and continuous improvement of learning material and methods

  • Representation in internal and external audits

Who you are

  • You hold a High School Diploma.

  • You have experience in learning and development preferred, learning management systems

  • Proficient in English and German language (verbally and written)

The expected salary range for this position based on the primary location of Indianapolis, IN is 50,800.00 - 94,300.00 USD Annual USD Annual.Actual pay will be determined based on experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors permitted by law. A discretionary annual bonus may be available based on individual and Company performance. This position also qualifies for the benefits detailed at the link provided below.
